ARTIST STATEMENT
KO JOU CHEN
Ko Jou Chen is a Taiwanese artist based in Naarm/Melbourne. Her work explores the idea of private time and personal rituals. By playing with the composition of geometric shapes, she creates jewellery and objects. Through a material-driven practice, she investigates how amalgamated metals and materials can be manipulated to create shape and form.
